More Santa

Our nephew Jayden turned 5 years old this week. Crazy how fast time flies!! He had a BATMAN party to celebrate!

Holidazzle

Saturday night Brad and I went to the Holidazle Parade downtown for his Christmas party.  The picture is blurry, but still fun to see how much we FROZE even though we were out there for a little bit.  From there we went to Macy's before heading to Prior Lake for a birthday party.

This one is for Darcy and Joel...as you walked into your warm started car and heated seats, this is what the temp said on ours.  Isn't this like January / February weather?  Yikes, it was cold.

Here comes Santa Claus

Today we went to see Santa Claus and his reindeer. At first, Jacks was NOT happy with Santa, similar to last year. Finally after about 30 minutes of watching, he decided he wasn't so bad. I'll have to have Jess send me pictures later of all of them - I was trying too hard to divert his attention!

Now I know...

Friday night, I got home pretty late after working on an event all day and then going to Tate's pre-school program. When I got home, I walked through the door and saw Jack on the table. When I asked him what he was doing he replied "Sittin' on the table eating chips with Daddy." Huh, now I know what they do when I'm gone. :)

Christmas came early

Thank you, Cyber Monday (or Sunday).

Brad and I were decorating for Christmas this past Sunday, and instead of just moving the TV, Brad decided it was finally time to pull the trigger and get a new one.  With the help of a great Cyber Monday special (and in-store pick-up), and Brad getting enough Best Buy gift cards from work, we got a free TV.  Seriously.  He was giddy. We also got a new TiVo for a great deal, which is our Christmas present to each other this year. :)

Jack is getting so funny.  He put the Santa hat on that was stuffed in with all of our decorations, and wanted his picture taken.  I don't know when he started to want to get his picture taken, but it's hilarious....and you know I love it!

Who says Santa needs clothes on??

We're Thankful

We spent Thursday - Sunday at the farm for Thanksgiving.  Great food, great family, and great fun.  Here are a few things we're thankful for:

Our little man, who is so full of life and energy, and always keeps us on our toes.

These great girls, and of course the rest of our families as well.

A good piece of pumpkin pie for breakfast.

Each other....and great Grandparents for Jack who are always willing to babysit so we can have date nights...or in this weekend's case, a really fun wedding.
